Cycling Ireland will be hosting its 18th Annual General Meeting at the Tara Tower Hotel, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, on the 7th October 2006. The meeting will be called to order at 11:00 am. All club secretaries have been sent official notice of the meeting.

Each club is invited to send two voting delegates to attend the meeting, along with any number of guests. The AGM is our members' chance to voice their opinions and influence change, so we look forward to seeing as many representatives there as possible.

Cycling Ireland's Champion's Night will take place on the evening of the AGM. The evening will start with a drinks reception at 18:30 to sit down for a four-course dinner at 19:15. This will be followed by the presentation of our annual President's Awards.

The Award Categories are:
Rider of the Year (Voted by the Media.)
Volunteer of the Year
Event of the Year
Club of the Year
Coach of the Year

Tickets for the night are €40.00 and can be bought from the Cycling Ireland office. All our national Champions are given a discounted rate of €30.00.
