IDMS number plates

Post

My number plate wasn't taken off my bike after my race run at round 1.

I haven't seen any information relating to this, but obviously we must be expected to bring them along with us to the next race etc.

I still have mine, but was just wondering what are people who lose/forget their plate supposed to do on the race day?

I was just surprised to find the plate still on the front of my bike after exiting the finish area and was wondering what the craic with it was.

Sorry, I thought we had told everyone as they signed-on that their number board was for the whole season; we must have somehow missed you out!

Yes iDMS number boards are yours to keep; and you need to bring them to each Chain Reaction Cycles iDMS 2012 round.
Replacement boards should you need them are 10€, but please remember to bring your boards with you as we don't have hundreds of spares.

Nobody told me at sign on you had to keep the plate for the whole season. I didnt hear them telling anyone else in front of me that either. I would have kept it safe if I knew that, I havent a bog where it is now.

I got told anyway.

Easiest option is just leave it on the bike!

this is gonna be the same as the pre entry, if you get burnt once, you'll learn fast.
