An off road commissaire course has been confirmed for Saturday 7th November at the Park Avenue Hotel, Holywood Rd, Belfast. The course will be delivered by Colin Clewes. The day starts at 9:30am and will finish at approx 4:30pm. All you need to bring is a pen and pencil. The Course is being funded by the Offroad Commission.
