The Cycling Ireland office has advised that there are issues with the Licence application process that will mean licence applications won't be running properly until mid January. 

Due to this all 2009 Licences will be extended until the 31 January. 

So for any events in January, your 2009 licence will be acceptable.

We are waiting to find out what the situation is with people who do not have a 2009 licence but want a full licence for 2010.
