Freeflow, Ireland's soul magazine of extreme sports with action from of all over the country is a bi-monthly publication..... Freeflow put the spotlight on Ireland’s extreme sports scene and showcases talent from all round the country.  Each issue will be a snapshot of  action in that time frame, expect to see interviews, profiles, events, plus the regular features Fit2Rip, Vibe, Survival of the Fittest and the Soul searcher makes Freeflow magazine a good investment for the price. 

Worth checking out on the new website, soon to go live is the ESN (extreme sport network) section; it gives you the lowdown on how and where to be extreme in Ireland.   

In issue one ‘the white issue’ gives a brief insight to the history of the sports and where they are now with Glyn O’Brien from First Tracks keepin you pinned with his view on where it all started. He goes the distance with an amusing look at the fashion and tells us to watch out for lycra gimps appearing on tracks….

Glyn and a couple of other local mtbers will be responsible for the upkeep of the MTB section in the ESN on the Freeflow website so you know the word is coming from the source. The magazine retails for £2.50 in the North and 4.00 euro in the South.
