Down & Dirty is a non-competitive, social mountain bike jam being organised by Mencap and Plush Cycles to help raise funds for people with learning disabilities in Northern Ireland

When is it?
Sunday 16th October, 10am-5pm at Moneyscalp Forest, near Tollymore Forest Park

What is involved?
A day of free-riding, with music, lifts, bbq & prize draws (for those who raise more than £50 sponsorship),

Who is it for?
It is for mountain bikers of all abilities. Bring your family and friends too

How do I take part?
Riders need to pay a £20 registration fee to cover your costs for the day.
You will also get complimentary food vouchers and lift passes.

Once you have registered, we will send you sponsor forms and ask that you try to raise a minimum of £50 for Mencap. Everyone who raises £50 sponsorship will be entered into the prize draw.
